CASA of Kosciusko County, Inc.
121 N. Lake St. • Warsaw, IN 46580
CASA of Kosciusko County provides highly trained community volunteers to advocate for children, primarily abused or neglected, who are a part of the child welfare court system or family court system through no fault of their own. The CASA volunteers advocate for the child’s best interests and relays those as well as the child’s wishes to the Court. We always need more CASA volunteers. Our trainings for new CASA volunteers typically take place in February and September, but with enough interest we sometimes hold a summer training. To become a CASA volunteer you have to fill out an application at www.casachildren.com/volunteer, interview with a CASA staff member, be at least 21 years of age, pass a criminal and child abuse background check, and be willing to advocate for a child for at least 18 months.
