Gear Up for Safety Program is a free program that offers help to families with children up to 17 years old. Safety assessments will be provide to identify needed items such as pack-n-play, convertible car seats, booster seats, outlet covers, cabinet locks, baby gates, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, fire escape ladders, etc. to ensure that their home is a safe place for their children. In addition, staff will help with the installation of the safety items and provide education/training on the safety topics identified by the family.
Eligibility Requirements: Families with children age 17 or under
