As a community mental health center, Northeastern Center provides comprehensive mental health services, including outpatient therapy and medication management, substance use treatment, adult residential homes, inpatient services, 24/7 crisis services and more. With 12 locations across DeKalb, LaGrange, Noble and Steuben counties, it has served northeast Indiana since 1977.

Northeastern Center’s primary service area is DeKalb, LaGrange, Noble and Steuben counties, but we support clients who reside outside our four counties. We are also a designated mobile crisis team for Allen County.
Northeastern Center serves individuals regardless of their ability to pay. Financial assistance is available to those who qualify
